摘要
建设服务型政府是我国公共行政体制改革的目标模式,是提高政府行政管理效率的关键,是加快我国市场化改革进程和民主政治建设进程的客观要求。加快老工业基地服务型政府建设是振兴东北老工业基地战略目标实现的保证。
The construction of the service-type government is the pattern of Chinese public administrative reform goal. It is the positive acceleration of the objective demand of the course of Chinese marketing reform and the course of the democratic political construction. It is the positive acceleration of construction of the service-type government in the old industrial base. It is the important guarantee to realize the strategical aim of promoting the north-east industrial base of China.
