浅谈我国建立中小企业卡特尔豁免制度的必要性

通过采用实证分析方法和比较分析方法,分析我国中小企业发展中存在的技术水平偏低及参差不齐、区域发展不平衡、融资难的现状,以及我国现有法律对中小企业调整中存在的不足,指出针对我国扩大内需、经济全球化、科学技术的发展的需求,我国必须建立中小企业的卡特尔豁免制度。

In this paper, the empirical analysis and comparative analysis, analysis of China＇s small ar/d medium-sized enterprises in the development of low-skilled and uneven regional development imbalances and the difficulty in financing the status quo of China＇s existing laws for small and medium-sized enterprises adjusting the deficiencies that the expansion of domestic demand in China, economic globalization, science and technology development needs, China must establish small and medium-sized enterprises cartel exemption system.
