摘要
近年来,流动性过剩在我国经济中出现了快速发展的局面,其影响开始扩散到实体经济领域,引起了货币当局的高度重视。治理流动性过剩成为央行当前最为重要的工作,密集货币政策的不断出台显示了央行收紧流动性的决心,同时也预示了央行实施紧缩货币政策的走向。不断的综合运用准备金、利率以及汇率等货币工具来治理流动性的过剩,将成为央行货币政策的重要选择。
In recent years, the mobile surplus has had a rapid development in our national economy. Its influence has spread into the substantive economic fields and has attracted much attention from the authority. The management of the mobile surplus now is the priority of the central bank. The continual promulgation of monetary policies reveals the determination of the central bank to tighten the mobile surplus and indicates its trend to practise austere monetary policy. It will be an important monetary policy choice for the central bank to use reserve fund, interest rate and exchange rate to control the mobile surplus.
