摘要
战略人力资源管理是新近发展起来的概念,对这一理念进行深入研究是有重要意义的。论述了战略人力资源管理范式下的绩效管理的优越性,指出了战略人力资源管理范式下的绩效管理的操作模式和流程,并探讨了其实施条件。
Strategic human resource management is a recently developed concept, the idea of an in-depth study is significant. The superiority of performance management under the strategic human resources management paradigm is discussed. And the mode of operation and process of performance management under the strategic human resources management paradigm is put forward. In addition, the conditions for its implementation is also preliminary discussed.
