Qu Qiu-bai was in charge of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for about a year＇s time, from the August 7th Congress in 1927 to the Party＇s 6th Congress. Scholarly and graceful, Qu Qiu-bai possessed romantic qualities like that of a poet and elegant demeanor like that of a professor. Such qualities were/are characterized by prominent scholarly elegance for his style and art of leadership.
