摘要
目的探讨ApoA5-1131T〉C基因多态性与儿童血清甘油三酯水平的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP)分析儿童甘油三酯异常组及正常对照组ApoA5-1131T〉C基因型和等位基因分布,同时检测研究对象的血脂水平,进行统计学分析。结果ApoA5-1131位点T、C等位基因频率在甘油三酯异常组和正常对照组分别为39.8%、60.2%和55.2%、44.8%。ApoA5-1131T〉C基因型频率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。甘油三酯异常儿童的SNP3位点CC纯合子频率高于正常儿童(P〈0.05)。甘油三酯异常组基因型间CC型和TC型患者的TG水平较TT型患者升高(P〈0.05)。结论ApoA5-1131T〉C基因多态性与儿童血清甘油三酯水平存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the single nucleotide polymorphism 3 (SNP3) of the apolipoprotein A5 (ApoAS) gene and the serum triglycerides level in children, Methods ApoAS-1131 genotype in patients group and control group was ana- lyzed with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method. The levels of serum lipid profiles were also studied by biochemical methods. Results ApoAS-1131 T 〉 C allele frequencies of T, C were 39. 8%, 60. 2% in patients group and 55. 2%, 44, 8% in control group, There is significant difference in genotype frequency between patient group and control group, the CC genotype frequency of the SNP3 is higher in patients group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). In patient group, the levels of triglycerides (TG) in CC, TC genotype patients were significantly higher than those in TT genotype patients ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The correlation was established between the SNP3 of ApoA5 gene and the level of serum triglycerides in children.
