HIF-1α、IGF-1在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测HIF-1α和IGF-1在65例卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达,并随访其中37例浆液性腺癌患者。结果HIF-1α、IGF-1阳性表达率为卵巢浆液性腺癌〉交界性〉良性浆液性肿瘤(P〈0.05)。卵巢浆液性腺癌组织中HIF-1α、IGF-1表达与病理分级、淋巴结转移相关(P〈0.01),与临床分期无关(P〉0.05),3年以上生存组〈3年内死亡组(P〈0.01),两者表达呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论HIF-1α、IGF-1与卵巢浆液性腺癌发生、发展及患者预后密切相关,两者有协同促癌作用。
