镉对骨形态发生蛋白诱导软骨和骨形成的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究镉对骨组织的直接作用,本文利用骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)建立诱导性异位成骨模型,研究了镉对软骨和骨形成的影响.采用35S、40Ca掺入率及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性4项指标反映软骨和骨的形成情况.结果表明,镉对软骨形成过程中的35S掺入率无明显影响,但能使骨形成过程中40Ca掺入率下降,镉能抑制ALP活性,但对ACP活性无明显影晌.由此可见,镉对软骨形成无明显影响,但对软骨内成骨细胞却有明显的抑制作用,镉能抑制成骨细胞的功能和钙盐沉积. To study the direct effects of cadmium on bone metabolism,a model of cartilage and bone formation induced by bone morphogenetic protein was used to study the influence of cadmium on formation of bone and cartilage. Incorporations of 35S and 40Ca and activities of alkaline phosphatase and acid phosphatase in rats were investigated during formation of cartilage and bone. The results showed that incorporation of 40Ca and activities of alkaline phosphatase were inhibited by cadmium. No effects of cadmium on corporation of 35S and on activities of acid phosphatase was observed. The results suggested that cadmium couldn't influence the information of cartilage while cadmium can inhibite the endochondrol bone formation and mineralization.
