大学生口腔保健社会实践的组织与管理

Organization and Management of College Students’ Social Practice in Oral Health Care

社会实践是培养合格大学生的一个重要环节，西安交通大学口腔医学院为探索口腔医学素质教育新模式，在学校有关部门的支持下，开展了一系列大学生口腔保健社会实践活动，取得了良好的效果。通过开展这些活动，逐渐摸索出了一些组织和管理的经验：在组织方面，口腔保健社会实践应与口腔医学教育改革紧密结合，组织形式要多样化，建立长期稳定的实践活动基地。在对实践活动的管理方面，应加强对学生社会实践活动的思想教育工作，并建立完善的口腔保健社会实践管理和考核制度，一方面使学生的主体作用与教师的指导作用相结合，另一方面要加强对社会实践的领导，取得社会的大力支持。这样能够使此类实践活动的开展更规范、更有成效。

Social practice is an important component in training qualified students. In order to explore a new pattern of stomatology education, our school developed a series of activities in oral health care and obtained satisfactory results. Through these activities we gained a lot of experience in organization and management： regarding organization, activities in oral health care should be combined with educational reform, organization style should be diversified and a long-term social practice base should be established; regarding management, we should enforce the ideological instruction of social practice for students and set up a consummated management and assessment system. On the one hand, we should combine students＇ self-education with teachers＇ instruction; on the other hand, we should strengthen guidance for social practice and seek more support from society. Only in this way can we make social practice more standardized and effective.
