马蹄肾合并恶性组织纤维细胞瘤的诊治(英文)

Diagnosis and treatment of rare malignant fibrous histiocytoma of hosreshoe kidney and review of literature

目的探讨马蹄肾合并恶性组织纤维细胞瘤的诊断与治疗。方法总结分析该院收治的马蹄肾合并恶性组织纤维细胞瘤患者的临床资料,并行手术治疗。结果术后病理和免疫组化证实为马蹄肾合并恶性组织纤维细胞瘤。结论马蹄肾合并恶性纤维组织细胞瘤目前未见有报道。其具有早期复发和转移的特点,预后差。治疗以手术广泛切除为主,术后早期给予化疗、放疗。影像学检查可用于诊断,需病理学及免疫组织化学检查确诊。

[Objective] To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of malignant fibrous histiocytorna of the horseshoe kidney. [Methods] The clinical data of a case of malignant fibrous histiocytorna arising from the left side of a horseshoe kidney （which is a rare condition） was reviewed. [Results] The case underwent surgical resection. Malignant fibrous histiocytorna was proved postoperatively by pathology and irnrnunohistochemista3,. [Conchlsions] The malignant fibrous histiocytoma is rare in urogenital system and is difficuh to be diagnosed preoperatively and imrnunohistochemistry is helpful for its diagnosis.
