System of Control and Evaluation of MBA Education Quality

针对我国MBA教育质量控制与评价体系的现状及存在的主要问题,通过对比分析国外MBA教育质量评价体系,提出改进我国MBA教育质量评价体系的对策。即按不同评价主体建立分层次、多角度全面立体的教育质量评价体系,分别以政府、社会第三方为中心的外部评价体系和以商学院自身为评价主体的内部评价体系。阐述构建我国MBA教育质量控制与评价体系的建议以及商学院内部教育质量控制与评价体系的具体实施方法。

This paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of control and evaluation system of MBA education quality in our country. It puts forward a countermeasure to improve the evaluation system through analyzing the overseas evaluation system. This evaluation system is constituted according to different levels and from different perspectives based on different evaluation subjects. The new system consists of the exterior evaluation system based on government and society, which is the third party, and of the interior evaluation system based on business school itself. Moreover, the paper presents the suggestion to construct our country's MBA control and evaluation system and the measures to implement the interior education quality control and evaluation system in business school.
