Teaching Management Model of "One College Student for One Village" Project

湖南广播电视大学作为中央广播电视大学"一村一名大学生计划"试点单位,为了将好事办实,在学校构建的现代远程开放教育试点的人本化、规范化、网络化教学管理模式的总框架下,针对"一村一名大学生计划"的特殊性,在实践中努力探索,初步构建了具有本土化特征和本校特色的"11531"教学管理模式。逐步实现了"一村一名大学生计划"教学管理的规范化、管理制度的系统化和管理手段的现代化。

'One College Student for One Village' Project sponsored by Central Radio and TV University is being implemented in Hunan Radio and TV University as a pilot university. In order to put the project into practice, Hunan Radio and Television University has preliminarily established a '11531' teaching management model, which is full of the local characteristic and the school's features. The framework of the teaching management model focuses on humanization, standardization, and networking. The university has gradually fulfilled standardized teaching management, systematic management system, and modernized management method.
