摘要
在１５名血管旁路移植手术患者中７例术前行常规血管造影，另外８例仅根据血管扫描结果接受血管旁路移植手术，术中证实血管扫描的检查结果。血管扫描的准确性９３％（１４／１５）。研究结果表明血管扫描技术在大部分病例可以代替血管旁路移植手术前的常规血管造影。血管扫描具有检查省时、费用低廉、图像直观、定位准确等特点，对临床医师可提供有价值的信息。
It was investigated that the value of quickscan in bypass graft for patients with arterial occluded diseases. 7 cases had a routine angiography before operation, 8 cases underwent bypass graft based on Quickscan results alone which were confirmed by operation. An accuracy of quickscan is 93%(14/15). Our results showed that routine angiography for bypass graft can be replaced by quickscan in the majority of patients. Quickscan is quick, cheap, accurate and object image. It can give valuable information.
