摘要
应用超声检查１９例临床怀疑膝关节交叉韧带损伤患者，其中１８例超声检查结果与手术或关节镜检查符合，符合率为９４．７％；仅１例超声出现假阴性。作者认为超声检查是诊断交叉韧带损伤的一种有价值的方法。
Sonograpihic examinations were performed in 19 patients whose cruciate ligaments were suspected to be injuried. The results of 18 cases' sonographic examination were accorded with the results of the operation or the arthroscopy. The other one case was false negative. The author consider that the sonographic examination is valuable in the diagnoses of the cruciate ligament injury.
