高眼压对人眼动脉血流的影响

Ophthalmic Atery Flow Velocity Study in High Intraocular Pressure

应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对５４只青光眼和５０只正常眼进行了检查，研究了不同程度高眼压对人眼动脉血流影响情况，结果显示：高眼压可引起眼动脉血管阻力上升，血流速度下降，使组织血供减少。手术后眼压恢复正常，眼动脉血流速度也增加至正常范围，提示高眼压及其引起的血流减少均是青光眼的重要发病因素，临床应早期治疗。

Fifty five glaucoma eyes and fifty normal eyes were examined by using color Doppler ultrasound. The ophthalmic artery flow velocity in three state of high intraocular pressure were measured. The results showed∶high intraocular pressure made ophthalmic atery being in a state of high vascular resistance and low blood flow velocity. After intraocular pressure falling in normal range, the ophthalmic artery flow velocity elevated. It showed either high intraocular pressure or low blood flow velocity being important factor of glaucomous.
