加强高校党的先进性建设,对于实现学校发展战略目标、保持学校全面协调可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。必须认真学习领会胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大上的报告和2006年"七一"重要讲话精神,切实增强高校党的先进性建设的自觉性和坚定性。加强高校党的先进性建设要紧密结合贯彻落实科学发展观、加强党的执政能力建设、构建和谐社会三个方面的实践来进行。

Strengthening the Construction of Party＇ s progressiveness, innovativeness and forward-thinking is of great significance to achieve the strategic goal of the university, and maintain comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the university. We must earnestly study and understand General Secretary Hu Jintao on July 1 important speech as a guide to effectively enhance the consciousness and firmness of the construction of Party＇ s progressiveness , innovativeness and forward-thinking of universities and colleges. It can carry out the practice of strengthening the university Party＇ s progressiveness, innovativeness and forward-thinking through three aspects： implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development, strengthening the party＇s ability to govern, and building a harmonious society.
