通过分析经济全球化背景下房地产行业的发展特点,提出房地产专业人才培养模式变革的必要性,并且从正确认识和确立房地产的专业地位、建立房地产专业人才培养的层次性观念、重新设置课程体系以及丰富人才培养方式等几个方面指明了改革的方向。

By analyzing the characteristics of China＇ s progressing real estate based on the globalization economy, this article suggests the necessary transformation of cultivate mode in real estate professional talent, and indicates some transformable directions which includes the perfect recognition and foundation of real estate professional position, the establishment of layered configuration on the concepts of real estate professional cultivation, the redesign of systematic curriculum enhancement and the enrichment of cultivate mode in real estate professional talent.
