随着高等教育质量日益受到各方关注,各国高校纷纷开展各种活动以保护其自身利益,计划评审就是其中之一。文章对美国高校学术计划评审的起源、目的、模式、程序等进行了简单分析介绍,以期对中国高校开展学术计划评审发挥一定的借鉴作用。

Since the quality of higher education increasingly draws attentions of all parties, all colleges and universities have launched various activities to protect their own interests. The program review is one of them. In this paper, the program review＇ s origin, purpose, modalities, procedures are analyzed. There would be some advice to Chinese colleges and universities to carry out a program review plan.
