近几年来,随着我国高等教育从精英教育走向大众化,招生规模不断扩大,教学质量呈明显下降趋势。教学质量是高校的生命线,是人才培养质量的关键,是高校一切工作的重中之重。教学质量保障体系是确保教学质量的重要系统。如何构建一套行之有效的教学质量保障体系是高校教学管理的当务之急。

In recent years, with the dramatic increase of enrollment in Chinese colleges and universities, Chinese higher education has undergone a change from the so -called Elite Education to Mass Education, and the quailty of teaching presents clear downward tendency. The quality of higher education is vital to the existence and development of all colleges and universities. Teaching quality assurance system is an important system to ensure the quality of teaching . Hence the establishment of an effective teaching quality assurance system is of great importance.
