摘要
世界上,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家都毫无例外地十分关注住宅产业的发展,这是因为住宅紧紧地维系着国家经济和社会的变化,并对经济的涨落和社会的稳定产生重大的影响。在进入新世纪之后,中国正朝着中等发达国家挺进,人民生活也进入了小康之后的需求阶段。与此同时,中国近年商品住宅开发建设也逐渐形成两种格局:都市中心楼盘与郊区化住宅。文章针对郊区化居住模式带来的诸多问题,提出了新都市主义内核思想正是对都市化和郊区化的扬弃,小户型住宅是新都市主义在中国的最好实践,探讨了新都市主义核心居住论与都市小户型住宅结合发展的课题。
Both developed and developing countries of the world, without exception, are very concerned about the development of domestic industries. This is because residences firmly maintain the country' s economic and social changes, as well as a significant impact on economic fluctuations and the stability of society. At the beginning of the new century, China is marching toward moderately developed country, and the people' s lives have also entered the demand stage after a well - off period. Meanwhile, China' s residential construction is gradually taking shape in two patterns recently: residence in urban center and suburbanize residence. As the mode of suburbanize residence brings many problems, the paper does a great deal of theoretical analysis, puts forward that the corn of new urbanism is the reject of urbanization and suburbanization, and small family unit is the best practice of new urbanism in China, and discusses the program that the corn of the new urbanism developing combines with the small family unit.
