Research on the Strategies of Exploring and Cultivating the Skillful Talents

国家经济发展的重要基础是人才培养,科技转化为生产力主要依靠的是高技能人才。因此开发培养高技能人才,是实施"科教兴国"战略,全面建设小康社会,促进实现经济社会超常规、跨越式发展的重要措施。根据当前国家对高技能人才的需求,提出了培养高技能人才的几点措施。

The development of national economy is largely based on the training of qualified personnel and transforming technology into productivity greatly depends on the skillful talents. Therefore, exploring and cultivating skillful talents is of great importance in implementing the strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education, building a well-off society in an all-round way, and accelerating the social economy in a supernormal and great-leap-forward way. Considering the current lack of skillful talents, the author points out several measures to explore and cultivate skillful talents.
