摘要
文章对高校教职工群体特点和利益诉求倾向进行了初步分析,对高校工会组织如何更好地参与协调教职工不同群体的利益关系,如何行使维护教职工利益的职能进行了探讨,提出了具体情况具体分析,主动协调,努力化解各方面矛盾,积极建言,促使问题妥善解决的工作思路。
This article basically analyzes the characteristics of staffs in universities and their tendency to claim rights . This article also discusses for the trade unions of universities how to coordinate the rights for people and how to protect the functions. Besides, this article also suggests that the trade unions of universities should have further investigations, take the initiative to coordinate and find the key points of contradictories. Furthermore, this article also proposes that the trade unions of universities should strengthen conducting, settle the contradietories of different par ties and actively suggest the working ways to solve the problems.
