摘要
在数控铣削加工中,根据按零件轮廓编制的程序和预先设定的偏置参数,数控装置能实时自动生成刀具中心轨迹的功能称为刀具半径补偿功能;实现刀具半径补偿功能包括三个步骤:刀补的建立、刀补的进行、刀补的取消;在数控加工过程中,刀具半径补偿功能的正确使用,可以简化计算、提高编程的效率和加工精度。
It is called Tool Radius Compensation that NC device can automatically generate real-time trajectory of the tool center according to NC program based on contour of work piece and the pre-set bias parameters in NC milling. Implementation Tool Radius Compensation includes three steps: the establishment of Tool Radius Compensation, the carry out of Tool Radius Compensation, the cancellation of Tool Radius Compensation. The correct applications of the Tool Radius Compensation can simplify calculation, improve the efficiency of programming and machining accuracy in the NC machining.
