Rapid Developing of Atomizer Box Based on RP/RT Technology

基于快速成型技术设计了喷雾器箱体,并采用LOM法制作了喷雾器箱体的快速原型件。对比分析了各种快速制模方法的优缺点,在对喷雾器箱体材料和制造工艺方法进行分析的基础上,利用喷雾器箱体快速原型件经过一次转换制作消失模型腔,采用消失模精铸方法制作钢模具作为生产喷雾器箱体的注塑模具。

This paper is based on the technology of rapid prototyping to rapidly design atomizer box and rapidly manufacture atomizer box＇s original mould by using the method of LOM. The advantage and disadvantage of different methods of rapid prototyping is contrastively analyzed. After the analysis of atomizer box material and crafts of manufacturing, dissolving casting mould is selected for atomizer box＇s rapid tooling method, based on it＇s rapidly original mould which has been by once transformed. Using the dissolving casting mould to manufacture steel mould can be used as injection mould of producing atomizer box.
