摘要
目前,在经济管理中存在两个热点,一个是企业兼并,另一个是企业文化。前者是关于企业的发展,而后者则与企业的管理有关。我国的许多企业已经进行了兼并活动,但没有取得满意的效果,其中的一个最重要的原因就是对两个企业之间文化整合的忽视。因此,对企业兼并的考察开始从企业有形资产转向以企业文化为中心的无形资产上来。本文从总体上提出了四种比较成熟的企业文化整合模式,并指出企业应该根据自己的兼并策略及文化习惯进行有效的选择。
At present, there are two hotspots in economics and management. One is the enterprises merger which is about the enterprise development, and the other is enterprise's culture which is about enterprise management. Many merged enterprises in China fail to achieve a satisfactory result. One of the most important reasons is the neglect of the cultural integrity. It is safe to believe the failure of cultural integrity contributes to those merger enterprises' low efficiency and ineffectiveness. Thus, the culture integrity strategy will be very important and valuable in successfully establishing enterprises' merger. Therefore, the investigation on the enterprises merger begins changing from the materiality resources integrity to the immaterial resources which focus on enterprises culture. In general, there are four mature patterns of enterprises culture integrity - assimilation, penetration, separation and deculturation. The enterprises should choose effective pattern according to their merger strategy and their customary culture.
