摘要
农村人力资源开发,已成为制约我国农业现代化进程的发展"瓶颈"。基于此,本文从我国的农村人力资源开发现状出发,对农村人力资源开发模式进行了探讨,提出了"政府引导、市场带动、农村自推"的农村人力资源创新型开发模式,最后,提出农村人力资源开发的具体对策与建议。
The development of rural human resources has already become the ＂bottle neck＂ which has restricted the agricultural modernization drive in China, based on which, this paper begins with the rural current situation of human resources development, then it discusses the innovative modes and proposes a new mode of government-led and market-driven recommendation. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
