45例左半结肠破裂Ⅰ期手术治疗

One stage colon repair and/or anastomosis for left colon rupture： 45 cases report.

目的报告45例左半结肠破裂行Ⅰ期手术治疗，讨论左半结肠破裂行Ⅰ期修补或／和吻合术的安全性。方法45例患者在积极术前准备后均及时手术治疗、手术方式为Ⅰ期肠修补或肠段切除吻合术。结果本组病例住院天数为8～90d，治愈43例，治愈率95．5%。无明显肠瘘及腹腔脓肿、结论左半结肠破裂病人特别是腹腔污染：肠管损伤较轻的病例行Ⅰ期修补或／和吻合术是相对安全的。

Objective To report 45 left colon rapture patients underwent one stage operation and to investigate the safety of one stage repair and/or anastomosis. Methods After Intensive peroperative management, 45 patients received operation. Surgical modality is one stage repair or anastomosis of colon. Results In - hospital time range in 8 to 90 days. 43 patients was cured. The surgical cure rate is 95.5%. Fistula and abdominal cavity abscess didn＇t occur after surgery. Conclusion The patients with left colon rupture, especially with relatively clear abdominal cavity abscess contamination and slight intestinal injury, are safe to undergo one stage repair and/or anastomosis.
