前置胎盘的临床观察与护理体会

The clinical observation and nursing experience of placenta previa.

目的探讨前置胎盘患者的临床特点与护理体会。方法比较正常对照及前置胎盘病例，进行前置胎盘影响因素分析，以及观察比较产妇产后出血及新生儿死亡情况，总结护理体会。结果前置胎盘患者产后出血发生率高，对新生儿不良影响大。护理上应从心理调适、基础操作、严密观察病情、积极预防产后出血等多角度综合实施。结论采取综合护理治疗可显著改善前置胎盘孕妇的母儿预后。

Objective Discussion placenta previa patients with the clinical observation of nursing experience. Methods More normal control and cases of placenta previa, placenta previa factors analysis, and compare maternal postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal mortality, summed up nursing experience. Results Patients with placenta previa incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal adverse effects of large. Care should be on the psychological adjustment, basic operation and closely watched illness and actively prevent postpartum hemorrhage many different perspectives integrated implementation. Conclusion Integrated care treatment significantly improved cocoa placenta previa pregnant mother and infant prognosis.
