益母生化汤质量控制和临床疗效观察

The quality control and clinical effective observation of Yi Mu Sheng Hua liquid.

目的观察制订益母生化汤的质量控制方法及临床疗效。方法用薄层色谱法将制剂中益母草主要成分盐酸的鉴别作为质控指标。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰，相互分离良好，临床总有效率94．4％。结论方法简便快速，可作为本制剂的质量控制方法；临床治疗产后子宫修复不全，药流、人流后少量胎盘、胎膜残留，月经不调等疗效确切。

Objective To estabish the quality chotrol method of Yi Mu Sheng Hua liquid and observe its clinical effective. Methods Stachydrine hydrochloride ,the main ingredient in Leonurus Japonicus Houtt,was indentified by TLC as quality guide line. Results The graphic spots of TLC appeared clearly which were nicely separated , and the clinical effective ratio of Yi Mu Sheng Hua liquid is 94.4%. Conclusion The method which is simple and fast cloud e regard as the quality control method of the Yi Wu Sheng Hua liquid ,and the clinical effects are assured that used in womb repair not entire. Medicine miscarriage, few placentas remaining after induced abortion ,residual membrane ,and menstruation disorderect.
