合并糖尿病的胃癌围手术期的治疗

Surgical treatment of gastric cancer with diabetes.

目的探讨合并糖尿病的胃癌患者的外科治疗。方法对1996年9月-2006年9月在我院进行手术治疗的41例合并糖尿病的胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果41例患者围手术期血糖控制范围：6.1mmoL／L～11.1mmoL／L，尿糖：（±～＋）。无手术死亡，无严重并发症，所有病例全部顺利度过围手术期。结论合理运用胰岛素，把血糖控制在一定范围，合并糖尿病的大肠癌患者能够安全度过围手术期。

Objective To investingate the mansgement of surgical treatment on gastric cancer with diabetes. Methods From September 1996 to September 2006, 41 cases of gastric cancer with disbetes underwent operation in our hospital, their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The blood glucose level of 41 cases was controlled between 6.1 mmol/L to 11.1 mmol/L, the urine glucose was controlled between ± to ＋. There were no operative deaths, no serious complications during perioperative period. Condusion The patients of gastric cancer with diabetes can pass perioperative period safely if their blood glucose could adjusted to a reasonable level by using insullne correctly.
