基于聚类分析的第三方物流企业客户终身价值研究

摘要 本文针对目前第三方物流企业客户价值评价标准的不足,提出了第三方物流企业客户终身价值评价体系,运用聚类分析技术对第三方物流企业客户终身价值进行分类,为企业针对不同价值的客户投入不同的资源提供依据。最后运用了一个案例来验证方法的有效性。
