知识型员工离职意愿的影响因素及对策研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文针对知识型员工的离职带给企业高额成本这一现状,分析了知识型员工产生离职意愿的影响因素,并根据这些影响因素的特点给出了几点相应的管理对策。本文为管理知识型员工高频率的离职提供了借鉴。
