摘要
在综合分析我军装备管理信息化建设现状的基础上,借鉴国内外信息化建设经验,阐述了加强装备管理信息化建设顶层设计的重要性和必要性,分析论述了顶层设计的总体框架及主要内容,提出了强化顶层设计应把握的基本原则。
On the basis of integrative analysis of the current situation of the weaponry management informationaization construction of our armed forces, and with reference to the experience of informationization construction home and abroad, this paper expatiates the importance and necessity of strengthening the top-level design of weaponry management informationization construction, analyzes the total framework and the main content of the top-level design, and finally brings forward the basic principles that should be followed in the process of strengthening the!top-level design.
