摘要
为研究负重轮三维温度场,应用有限元软件,采用热结构耦合分析对某型号坦克负重轮的三维温度场进行计算,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了对比分析,还分析了车速、环境温度和太阳辐射等变化对负重轮温度场的影响。结果表明,负重轮三维温度场的计算结果与试验结果的相对误差小于7%,所使用模型及方法可用于研究负重轮温度场的分布,满足工程实际使用的需要。
To research the 3-D temperature field of road wheels, this paper analyzes the 3D temperature field of road wheels of a certain type of tank with FEA software and by adopting sequence-coupling technique. The contrasts are made between computation result and experimentation result and the influence for temperature field of the change of velocity, the temperature of surroundings and solar radiation. The results indicate that the relative error of the calculating values is less than 7%. It proves that this FEA method can be applied to calculate and analyze the temperature field of road wheels, and can meet the requirement of engineering applications.
