This paper introduces the design and realization of a software architecture named ESIP which is based on Java EE technology. On the server side, ESIP uses Java EE, through mid-ware provides many services. On the client side, it uses the plug-in mechanism, which can extend easily. Also this paper analyses the security of ESIP. By several products based on ESIP, this paper demonstrates that ESIP is an effective way used to develop large scale and complex software products.
