都市意象与当代电影的都市呈现

Image of the City and City Representation in Contemporary Films

凯文·林奇有关都市意象的论述,为对当代电影中都市呈现的研究提供了一种独特的思路。电影中的都市意象在电影批评中关联到3个主题:第一,都市意象与都市化。电影中的都市意象是都市化进程中都市景观变化的视觉呈现。第二,都市意象与都市人的感知方式。当代电影呈现了现代都市人多样化的精神状态。第三,电影语言与电影都市呈现。多样化的电影镜头语言对应着呈现都市景观的特定方式。

This thesis bases on Kevin Lynch＇s theory of image of the city, which leads to cultural studies of landscape meaning in contemporary films. Three issues are discussed： image of the city and urbanism, which is visual representation of city landscape; image of city and inner mind, which is ceaselessly represented in modem films; image of city and modem film language, which corresponds specifically to city landscape.
