王安石治贪“三步曲”及其启示

WANG Anshi’s "Three-step Process"on Anticorruption and Its Inspiration

吏治问题是历朝历代都存在的一个不易解决的问题。北宋时期,王安石提出了"饶之以财、约之以礼、裁之以法"的治贪"三步曲"。王安石的治贪"三步曲"给我们留下了很多有益的启示,即治贪须从经济、制度、法律三管齐下,加之以道德的修养,就可以达到标本兼治了。

Official Management is mostly a problem that exists in each dynasty. In the Northsong dynasty ,WANG Anshi proposed a ＂Three-step Process＂ on anticorruption： ＂provide them with enough property, govern them by regulation, punish them by law＂. We can get instructive inspirations from WANG Anshi＇s ＂Three-step Process＂ on anticorruption. That is to say, if we want to get rid of the corruption of bureaucracy, we must proceed the problem coordinately with finances, regulation, law and morality.
