摘要
通过与澳大利亚大学的辅导员工作进行比较,明确了我国大学辅导员工作中存在的各种问题:辅导员素质差;缺乏亲和力;责任心不强;偏爱;不关心学生。找出了问题存在的原因:既受辅导员自身因素的影响,也跟辅导员管理制度有关。并提出了相应的改进措施:选择合适人员;推行职业资格制度;提高地位和待遇;提供培训;聘请在校高年级学生当辅导员。
Comparing the work of our university instructors with that of Australian ones, we find such problems as the poor quality of the instructors, their lack of affinity and sense of responsibility, their preference to some students and little care to others. The reasons for these problems lie in the imperfect management system and the instructors themselves. The suggestions are presented as follows: to select right people as instructors, pursue professional qualification system, improve instructors' status and salary, offer some training chances and invite senior students as instructors.
