桂哌齐特治疗稳定性心绞痛的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】观察马来酸桂哌齐特治疗稳定性心绞痛的疗效和安全性。【方法】106例稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组(马来酸桂哌齐特组)54例和对照组52例,治疗组给予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液320 mg,对照组给予丹参注射液20 ml,静脉注射,连续15 d。【结果】治疗组的运动平板试验、临床疗效及心电图疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05),未发生严重不良反应。【结论】马来酸桂哌齐特治疗稳定性心绞痛安全、有效。
