沙眼衣原体感染与输卵管性不孕的相关性分析

摘要 【目的】探讨沙眼衣原体(Ct)感染与输卵管性不孕的关系。【方法】本院输卵管不孕患者379例[其中原发不孕125例(A组),继发不孕组254例(B组)],夫妇双方均行Ct检测,并以92对健康已育夫妇为对照组。【结果】A组女方感染14例,占11.2%,男方感染24例,占19.2%,双方同时感染13例,占10.2%,总感染率为40.8%;B组女方感染54例,占21.3%,男方感染80例,占31.4%,双方同时感染42例,占16.5%,总感染率为69.3%。B组总感染率明显高于A组(P<0.05);两组与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。【结论】Ct感染是引起输卵管性不孕,尤其是继发不孕的主要病因,建议将Ct的检测作为不孕症的常规项目之一。
