经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折30例 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】观察经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的效果。【方法】30例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者经皮穿刺行椎体成形术,根据术前和术后Denis腰痛分级及服用止痛药情况对疼痛进行评估。【结果】30例病人术后腰背部疼痛均得到有效缓解,均未出现神经损伤症状,均无椎管内渗漏,5例出现椎体前缘渗漏,无严重症状。术后d3均下地行走。随诊1~10个月,27例症状消失,3例疼痛有效缓解,可从事日常活动。【结论】PVP为治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折提供了一种较好的微创治疗方法。 [Objective]To determine the efficacy of vertebroplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. [Methods]Thirty patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP). The results were evaluated according to Denis backache grade and condition of using anodyne. [Results]The pain was all alleviated after operation. No severe complication of injury of nerve roots. No seepage in the vertebral tube. Seepage in the pre-vertebra in 5 patients, but without severe complications. All the patients walked on the 3rd day after operation. Follow up ranged from 1 to 10 months. 27 patients did not demonstrate any symtoms, and the other 3 got effective pain alleviation. [Conclusion]PVP is a good minimally invasive treatment in vertebral osteoporotic compression fractures.
