摘要
本实验测定了可的松阳虚模型大鼠下丘脑儿茶酚胺类神经递质含量和单胺氧化酶—B活性,并观察了益气温阳药对其影响。结果表明:可的松阳虚模型大鼠与正常大鼠比较其下丘脑多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量均降低(p<0.05,0.01);单胺氧化酶—B(MAO—B)活性升高(p<0.05)。益气温阳药及单用温阳药均能提高可的松阳虚模型大鼠下丘脑NA含量,抑制MAO—B活性,与模型组比较p值<0.05或0.01。单用益气药对上述指标改变不明显。提示在益气温阳药对大鼠下丘脑生化改变影响中以温阳药作用为主。益气温阳药提高下丘脑NA含量的作用可能与其抑制MAO—B活性有关。
The content of hypothalaums catecholamine neurotransmitter and the activity of monoamine Oxidase-B in cortisol model rat were determined, and the effect of drugs used to nourish Qi and warm Yang on it was also observed. The results showed : as compared to that of normal rat, DA and NA in cortisol model rat obviously decreased (p<0. 05, p<0. 01, respectively) , while MAO-B increased (p<0. 05). Both drugs used to nourish Qi and warm Yang, and drugs only used to warm Yang could increase NA (p<0. 05) and decrease MAO-B (p<0. 01) in cortisol model rat as compared to that of normal group, but drugs only used to nourish Qi couldn' t obviously change above indexes. It indicated that biochemical change of the rat hypothalamus mainly depended on drugs used to warm Yang.
