摘要
干旱地区灌区水资源开发利用既受水资源制约,又受经济条件、社会因素和生态环境的影响。运用模糊数学的原理,结合干旱地区灌区水资源利用现状和特点,建立了灌区水资源综合效益模糊评价模型。以宁夏青铜峡灌区为例,进行了分析研究,为干旱地区灌区水资源开发利用与评价以及节水灌溉规划提供科学依据。
Water resources exploited are not only restricted by water resources but also influenced by economy condition, social factors and ecological environment. This paper adopts fuzzy mathematics theory and combines water resource utilizing actuality and characteristic of arid irrigated district to establish model, which is used for comprehensive benefit fuzzy evaluating of irrigated district water resources, taking Qingtongxia irrigation district as a example to analysis and study. It offers scientific basis for utilizing and evaluation of water resources and water-saving irrigation in arid irrigation district.
