分析了网络时代对图书馆员的要求,提出了网络时代图书馆员努力的方向,论述了提高图书馆员综合素质的措施。
This paper analyzes on the requirements of network times for the librarians,advances the directions of librarians＇ effort in the network times,and expounds some measures for improving the comprehensive quality of librarians.
