介绍了中国晋商时代职业经理人的制度理论和国内外专家对职业经理人概念的界定,阐述了马克思关于职业经理人的经典论述,分析了知识经济时代职业经理人的产权理论。
This paper introduces the theory of the system of professional manager in the Shanxi-merchant times in China and the definition of the concepts of professional manager made by the domestic and foreign experts,expounds the classic discussions on the professional manager by Marx,and analyzes on the property right theory of professional manager in the knowledge economy age.
