以某钢厂连铸浊水循环系统为背景,重点介绍了S7-400通过现场总线对多变频器远程控制的实现,详细论述了STEP7编程环境下,利用DPWR_DAT和DPRD_DAT功能模块进行远程DP子站中连续数据区的读写操作方法和要点,以及对本系统所使用的G150变频器的参数设置。
In the light of the background of circulatory muddy water system in some steel mill connect casting system, this paper introduces the way of implementing PLC controlling multiple inverters based on fieldbus, discusses on how to continuously read and write from long-distance DP station in detail, and puts forward the parameter of G150 inverter used in this system.
