This paper introduces three kinds of bids evaluating methods such as the lowest bid price evaluating method,comprehensive point-rating method and performance-price ratio method adopted in the competitive-bidding for purchasing the electromechanical equipment,and emphatically expounds the advantages of the point-rating method and its concrete application in the competitive-bidding of electromechanical equipment.
