摘要
分析了高校图书馆人力资源的构成要素,探讨了我国高校图书馆人力资源配置的现状及不足,提出了高校图书馆人力资源科学配置的具体措施。
This paper analyzes on present situation and shortages of the measures for the scientific configuration the constituent factors of the human resource of university library, probes into the human resource configuration of university library, and advances some concrete of the human resource of university library.
