摘要
人性化服务理念对于高校图书馆至关重要。从平等对待读者、尊重读者、了解读者、做好导读工作、提供个性化服务、创建良好的人文环境及照顾特殊读者等方面论述了高校图书馆的人性化服务。
The humanized service conception is very important for university library. This paper expounds the humanized service of university library from aspects of treating equally the readers, respecting the readers, understanding the readers, doing well the reading guidance, providing the individualized service, establishing the humanistic environment, and taking care of the special readers, etc.
