分析了职业道德认识、职业道德情感、职业道德意志、职业道德信念、职业道德行为在图书馆服务过程中的具体体现,探讨了对高校图书馆服务质量的影响。
This paper analyzes on the concrete externalization of professional ethics in the course of library's service, and probes library of the recognition, emotion, volition, faith and behavior into their influences on the service quality of university library.
